A letter to my Val…
We have drifted apart for months but it feels like years and as each day goes by, I wonder if you are okay. I got tired of asking because I never got a response but it’s obvious you are still around but don’t want to drag me into whatever.
It seemed promising when we got back but now I can see those promises hovering over my head with a misplaced sense of direction.
Uncertainty is confusion but what I am sure of is whatever happens I always pray you are happy and doing okay with or without me.
I miss my friend most importantly “my guy”, it’s crazy how I had to say this from a distance because you have left me with no other choice.
I somehow made plans for this day but oh well I get things don’t go as planned regardless your ambitious personality still pushes me even from afar.
All with the hope that you’d come around, lol exactly how optimistic I sound.
Lol, I will stop here…
Happy Valentines Day!!!
Conclusion
Reach out to your loved ones today, check on them, and let them know how much they mean to you. Not just your partners but your family and friends deserve the love, not just on Feb 14th but every day!!
